How To Pay

Innovative Design Assistance can accept payment via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer on the website, or via cheque with a purchase order.

Schools can order on account. Send Innovative Design Assistance a purchase order and you will receive a Tax Invoice with your order.

 

Delivery Details (within Australia)

All post is handled through the Australian General Post, with orders processed within 24hrs upon confirmed receipt of monies. Every attempt is made to keep with the 24hr processing guideline but Innovative Design Assistance cannot be held responsible for delays in Australia Post, or be responsible if the customer has given incorrect or incomplete address details.

Innovative Design Assistance will contact you with an estimated time of delivery for items that are not in stock.

Postage and handling costs are calculated by weight at the checkout plus the cost of collating and packaging of your order.

Prices shown on the website exclude GST until you go through the checkout.
The R.R.P. at the bottom of each product page shows the full price including GST.

An indication of on-hold means that your order
• Has been received, but your payment has not yet been confirmed.

An indication of processing means that
• Payment has been received and your order is being collated, packed and ready to be posted

An indication of completed means that your order
• Has been posted and you should receive it within 7 days. However, postage around Australia at the moment can often mean waiting a little longer for your order to arrive.

Often your order will have been processed, packed and sent and the web store may still indicate processing because the admin activity has not caught up with the packing and sending activity. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
